  • We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, to ensure you have sufficient time to pick your polish.
  • For your complete relaxation and also out of consideration for other clients, may we ask you to silence your cell phones. Please keep all phone calls to minimum. This is to ensure pleasant service to all
  • We accept Cash & Bank Transfer
  • Gift Voucher are available to purchase. Please be aware that they are non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.
  • Customers are solely responsible for their belongings.
  • We reserve the right to not provide our services to customers who may be considered rude and/or come with bad attitude.
  • Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any services.
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • Nail extension and Gel Manicure are guaranteed for 5 days. Please be aware that defects caused by clients will not be repaired for free. Contact us to schedule a repair.
  • We appreciate and welcome your comments during the treatment so we can make sure your requirements are fulfilled. Inform the staff/salon manager immediately if you have any concern relating to the salon, the staff or any services.
  • We do not give refunds for any services performed. If you are not satisfied with our salon experience , please contact salon manager and we will do our best to rectify that.
